Following Taeyeon and Dana's release of the "Beautiful You" OST Part 4, Girls' Generation's Jessica has teamed up with her sister, f(x)'s Krystal, to record the acoustic version of "Butterfly." In addition, SHINee's Taemin has also released a solo track titled "U" for the OST.
The acoustic version of "Butterfly" features a sweeter sound, with piano and guitar accompaniments. The track also contains the same vocal harmonies and layering as in the original, giving a unique fullness to the song.
Taemin's "U" is a calm and gentle track, coupling Taemin's vocals with a steady beat and piano instrumental. Beginning with a soft introduction, the track increases in energy at the chorus, with the drumbeat and various harmonies kicking in. Taemin also has an opportunity to showcase his vocal range, with a high note at the end of the chorus.
In addition to releasing these two new tracks for the SBS drama's OST, the rest of the compilation album has also been revealed with 15 additional tracks that were featured in the drama. Check it out below!
